Do we provide the truck?
Simply, NO. 7 Bears Moving is a LABOR SERVICE only. We work with local truck rental companies to keep your costs down. We have chosen this business model to keep our prices level throughout the moving season as you refer our services to your friends and family. Unlike some moving services that provide trucks, we do not have fleet and fuel surcharges to contend with, therefore, our rates don't change so you can budget your move with more confidence & accuracy.
Can we hire 7 Bears all over Wyoming...?
At this time, we are a LOCAL labor service only. Our crews stay in the greater Casper / Mills / Bar Nunn areas for the most part, and occasionally travel to Glenrock and Douglas when needed, for an additional travel fee.
What services do you provide?
First and foremost, we are movers. We can physically move most anything in or out of a house, within reason. We DO NOT have specialty stair climber dollies for extra large safes in basements.
We offer basic assembly and disassembly services during your move to help make the moving process smoother for you.
We are not plumbers, electricians or carpenters. We will disconnect washer / dryers, but we can not connect large appliances.
How can I keep my bill down?
Our crews love to show up and see our clients ready and prepared for us as much as we are prepared for them. Here's a short list of what you can do to make your move simpler & more cost efficient (loads mostly):

Furniture pads with your rental truck are always a good idea;

Box it all up. Loose items and cluttered walkways should be contained;

Wrap & pad what you can, within reason;

Secure all your pets. We love animals, but we want them safe during this transition;

Unplug & disconnect what you can, safely;

Make a "safe" corner for all travel needs;

Bring a chair and prepare to be dazzled...we really are professionally good at this.
What type of payment do you accept?
We provide a mobile invoice with tipping options via text and email payable immediately after services are complete.
Cash & card payments are due IN FULL at time of service. Tips are always appreciated, but not required.
If you pay with card (credit OR debit), there is a 3% processing fee we split with you (1.5% to us, 1.5% to you) added to the invoice.
